Legit start

I've been training lately very lightly running short distance overall but hiking up hill on tredmills at 15% grade Ive been superseting legs with other muscles working out in the gym doing lighter weight higher reps. I plan on doing 20 pluse miles tomorrow yet it might take me around 4 or more hours to do. Im preparing for June 10th San Diego 100 Mile race
